Payment Options and Insurance Filing
We require that you render your estimated co-payment for service provided at the time of each visit. As a courtesy to you, the business office will gladly file your insurance claim after we receive verification of an accepted insurance policy. We are committed to doing all we can to make your treatment affordable and stress free. We accept Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard. Interest free payment plans through CareCredit and Sunbit are also available.
